At ATN DEFENSE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services while ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. Our client policy outlines key aspects of our operations:

  • Delivery: All delivery times are calculated from the Effective Date of Contract, which begins once all contractual prerequisites are met. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries as necessary.
  • Warranty: We offer comprehensive warranty coverage for our products, with varying periods based on product type. This warranty covers repairs and replacements for defects, provided the products are used and maintained as recommended.
  • Exclusions: Certain conditions, such as misuse, unauthorized repairs, and consumable items, are not covered under our warranty. Specific components have limited warranty periods.
  • Export Control: Our products may be subject to export control laws. Compliance with these regulations is crucial, and necessary licenses must be obtained for export and import.
  • Liability: ATN DEFENSE limits liability to repair, replacement, or refund under warranty. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

ATN DEFENSE Client Policy

  1. Delivery Policy All delivery times are calculated from the Effective Date of Contract (EDC), which commences upon the latest occurrence of the following:
    • Receipt and acceptance of the purchase order by ATN DEFENSE.
    • Receipt of advance payment in ATN DEFENSE’s bank account.
    • Receipt of the original End User Certificate (EUC) by ATN DEFENSE.
    • Receipt of all necessary export licenses from relevant authorities.

    Partial Deliveries: ATN DEFENSE reserves the right to execute partial deliveries and/or services as deemed appropriate.

  2. Warranty Policy ATN DEFENSE provides a warranty for its products to be free from mechanical defects and faulty workmanship under the following terms:

    Warranty Periods:

    • Thermal Products: Two-year warranty.
    • Other Products: One-year warranty.
    • Replacement Parts/Repairs (Non-Warranty): 180 days from the date of repair.

    Warranty Coverage:

    • ATN DEFENSE will repair or replace defective products at its discretion.
    • Some cases may be eligible for a loaner program to minimize downtime.

    Maintenance and Service:

    • Regular servicing or maintenance, when required, must be performed by an authorized ATN DEFENSE service center using approved parts.
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.

    Exclusions:

    • Defects from improper use, installation, or accidents.
    • Damage from force majeure, wear and tear, or transit (unless arranged by ATN DEFENSE).
    • Consumables and certain components like lenses, image intensifier tubes, and flash drives have specific coverage limitations.
  3. Remedies The Customer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair, replacement, or refund, at ATN DEFENSE’s discretion. ATN DEFENSE is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  4. Obtaining Warranty Service To request warranty service:
    1. Consult the product manual’s “Troubleshooting” section.
    2. Contact ATN DEFENSE’s service team or an authorized service center for guidance.
    3. Await written confirmation from ATN DEFENSE before shipping any products for repair.

    Customer Responsibilities:

    • Ensure proper packaging and insurance for any returned products.
    • Cover transportation costs unless otherwise specified.
  5. Export Control Policy The Customer acknowledges that products may be subject to Bulgarian and international export control laws. The Customer agrees to:
    • Comply with all relevant export control regulations.
    • Obtain all necessary export and import licenses.
    • Avoid diversion to prohibited countries or uses.

    Failure to obtain required approvals or comply with regulations will render the agreement void without liability to ATN DEFENSE.

  6. Limitation of Liability ATN DEFENSE will not be liable for any economic, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, due to the non-operation of products. This limitation applies across all claims, including warranty and tort.
